• Membership is open to all individuals committed to working toward solutions to electronic records issues. Voting membership is limited to 25-30 people for reasons of practicality and administration. The committee is best served by a diverse membership of policy makers, records managers, IT personnel, archivists, librarians, representing the various state agencies, universities, libraries and local government representatives.
  
  
• The Co-Chairs solicit membership for both voting and non-voting members and welcome suggestions for new members.
  
  
• The ERC meets four times a year. If voting members, or their alternate, do not attend two consecutive meetings with no prior notice, it is presumed that they no longer want to maintain ERC voting membership.
